What is included in the Price

  • For short and medium stay only, cleaning of apartment and replacement of bed sheets and towels: once a week.
  • Water.
  • Internet connection.

What is not included in the Price

  • Electricity is charged at 7 Baht per unit (kW).
  • For long term stay (one year contract) the cleaning of the room and replacement of towels and bed sheets are not included. You can also request it as often as you wish (500 Bahts).
  • Personal laundry.
  • No Breakfast.

Terms and Conditions

Payment

When booking, no deposit is required, we will only ask you to confirm your arrival two weeks before by email. If we do not receive confirmation the booking will be automatically cancelled.

For short term stay, the payment is done week by week at the start of each week. For long term stay a deposit of one month is required. Deposit will be refund when leaving.

The copy of passport is required by the Pattaya immigration office.

Privacy

Your personal details are only used to process your booking. None of your personal details will be communicated to a 3rd party.
